im amazed that digital readout is still working. Hopefully it sells before it goes blank.
Had a boss with the same car, digital readout was bad, and not only are those parts impossible to fix, but they command several grand from what he said to buy another one. He was trying to adapt a newer set of easier repaired pushbutton controls. Not sure it ever got repaired though. |

MR2 is exactly the configuration I was thinking about. Taking a fwd engine and transaxle and mounting it in the rear doesn't really make it a mid engine, but the MR2 proves that it's plenty close enough. In many ways it is superior to a true mid engine, mainly because of maintenance access. Looks like they let Toyota out think 'em in this case. Come to think of it though, isn't that how the Fiero was configured? |
