easy

Sheesh.........that's easy. I can stand on my head. Back in 1995, I did it in the office to illustrate a point. Guess what? Three years after I left the place, people still remembered the point I made.

I probably can't do it for as long as your wife though. And I prefer a small pillow under my head --- a towel just doesn't provide enough comfort.

Easy? Wow, it took me a while to do it. I started out using a wall and at an angle. Try handstand push-ups, that's difficult.

The wife and myself can still do this but have not for years because of the chance of injury. Any young person should be able to do head stands as they are quite easy yet few seem to.

I did my last one when about sixty at a beach party and it bothered my neck a little for a day or so. Quit then as I realized at my age damage might occur.

They are much easier to do then they appear to be I think. Very little coaching and explanation are involved. Start easy first with a tripod approach.

I'm 55 and I did my last head stand about 2 years ago to show (off to) my daughters.

Charmalu's wife

Charlie has the best wife; she enjoys going to the junkyard with him.
