Has anyone ever heard of this?

"According to the complaint, it all began when the Henderson city police called Anthony Mitchell that morning to say they needed his house to gain “tactical advantage” in a domestic violence investigation in the neighborhood. "

I mean, really, you want my house to survail from? Kiss my ass....

THAT is OUTRAGEOUS!

I've said on here before, they might not wear jack boots, but they're still effectively nothing but a bunch of SS agents.

Of course, for those in favor of throwing out the constitution, maybe they should see this. Of course, since the news source is FOX, the anti constitutionalists will probably just say that it was all a made up lie.

The cops use military titles, i.e., Chief, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergent.

wow, I wonder what tactical advantage on a third party domestic dispute issue was gained by breaking into the neighbors house and his parents house in the same neighborhood with all the violence this article describes.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. What strikes me as fishy is that the police took over both this guys house and his parents house in the same neighborhood? to gain an advantage in some other domestic dispute?

sounds more like the police were interested in the Mitchells more than any other premise.

so does the salvation army. Might be hard to stick quartering soldiers on the police, but they have a better chance with the 4th and 14th amendments.

Just seems like the case will devolve into a definition of a term argument, and at the end of the day law enforcement is not the military.

According to a story in the Las Vegas Sun, one of the Police Officers who is a Defendant in the case said they had 'a plan'.

Knock on the door and ask to use the house.

If the guy said no, arrest him for interfering with a Police Officer.

If he did not answer the door then break it down and arrest him for interfering with a Police Officer.

Well, I guess they had a plan. Not a good plan, but 'a' plan.

Maybe it could be called 'an evil' plan?

you sure about that? and, are you sure they are 'law enforcement'? The cop cars I see about town sport the word "Police" not "Law Enforcement".

It's certainly not a cunning plan.

Noe that we have a national police force, DHS, we can expect this kind of thing on a national scale. I know how safe it makes me feel.

^^^

Generally, national (FBI) and state cops are less prone to this sort of thing than local cops in Jerkwater, MS (or Henderson, NV). You had Waco and Ruby Ridge, but those were two incidents quite a while ago.

^^^ Yeah, the national government doesn't fook with the rights of a handful of people any more. They go for millions at a time. Great comfort, that.
