Hwy 12 Nags Head to Hatteras

Any one know the status of hwy 12 from Nags Head to Hatteras? Last time we were in that area during, yes during Sandy, it was closed due to storm damage. Is it open now?

Open to general traffic. No residency restrictions on the temporary bridge.
