Where are my gifts????

I turned 50 today. It feels weird being 1/2 century old. I think that 50 is an odd age. Your not young, your not really old, I think that 50 years old is an age where if you run your mouth too much, that you can still get your a$$ kicked. also I received my AARP letter yesterday.

Congrats Click! I'm sorry, but I can't identify with how it feels to be 50. That was so long ago that I don't remember.

BTW the gift is in the mail.

Yep, I still have a good memory, but it's kind of short.

Congratulations, welcome to the club!

I can still run around, jump on the trampoline, ride my skateboard and play tag with my friends teenaged kids. I can catch them most of the time but the big difference between me and them is that I'm much more aware of how bad I can get hurt if I fall so I'm not inclined to run and corner as fast as I used to.

I can still run with the kids on the autocross course!

50 sounds pretty young to me....heck I have a daughter nearing that age!

I can still do those kinds of things too, but I have to remember that my body isn't as flexible as it used to be.

A couple of weekends ago, I raised up my LARGE lawn mower with a long pry bar to block up a wheel. It was a real tug, but it went well. I got the work done and raised it a second time to get the block out no problem. That night my shoulder started nagging me.

I guess Clint Eastwood was right, a man has to know his limitations.

I do, I believe it's going on two years now. Correct me if I'm wrong.
