I'd have to agree; what you think with a statement like this is irrelevant and it's certainly not confined to this statement alone. On the flip side you are furthering racism- which weakens the nation and the world.

I believe in the duality that either races are different or we should not have nor recognize races at all. Different will always invite the comparison of which is better. Either you accept they are different and thereby open up the ugly comparisons which are and always will be forthcoming or you say people do not have a race. I choose and always have to ignore race unless absolutely needed; btw skin color is NOT race to me.

I'm not typically a TV guy, but I have heard the terms used.
Try googling it spelled out, not as an acronym.

If you had an issue with the term, maybe you should have taken it up with 10fords, as he was the one who presented it in this post.

You speak from both sides, so it is difficult to understand exactly the jist of what you are saying, that's why I let it drop last time we were discussing this.
I believe you still rely on outdated and flawed science for your conclusions.
The world records and such that you speak of are primarily the result of locational factors, not racial ones.
Reading the last part of your post here, I think we are saying the same thing, in different ways

There is a flip side to Racism.

I over heard a conversation where a Black Man had been fired from a Job. I said He lost the Job because He was Black.

My first though when I heard that was if they did not want Black Folks on the Job they would not have Him to begin with.

Of course I don't know why the actually fired Him as He did not give the Specifics.
But, if I was fired from a Job rather than thinking the Fired Me because I was in someway incompetent I might also look for a scapegoat to blame.

I think that is what the other Poster was saying about being tired of Racism being used as the reason for actions and how it can obscure the real issue.
In the above Job loss example the Guy lost His Job and blamed it on Racism. If He was fired for some other reason besides Racism He is not admitting it and will never correct what ever it was He did or did not do at work.

This seems like a really weak argument to me. What about all of those years before Hollywood and the Movies even existed?
White People were extremely Racist during that time. I mean bigotry was bad enough that the even hated the White Irish that came here.

From what I have read Darwins Theory is partly responsible for a lot of the modern racism. Whites took the theory of Natural Selection and concluded that since they were materially better off and more Civilized that it was because the other Races were inferior.

The other end of it is simply Money/Exploitation.
If you are White and believed that Black People were as Human as You are and equal to You it would be harder on your conscience to justify enslaving them and treating them badly during their enslavement.

I think it is harder for Folks from other Countries that did not have Slavery as part of their Past Culture and do not have a large Afro-American Culture in their Country to understand what happened and is still happening here in US concerning Racism.

Just like I cannot comprehend what went on in South Africa when Apartheid was still going on.
I could read about it and even go to College and study but it would not be the same as living in South Africa.

I mean People who are born in the USA are know to disrespect America. In specific I remember a lot of Flag burnings back in the 1960s.

I believe that in some European countries black Africans are not discriminated against. perhaps someone has direct experience in this matter.
