Real question is, will it play offline content as well -- can you stream from a laptop to the thing? <3 my Bittorrent.

For the $35, I think the biggest user feature is using a tablet or phone as the remote, which can get pricey and complicated with existing apps and hardware combinations and possibly breathe new life into slightly older LCD and plasma screens that were not app enabled. For instance, I have a Panasonic plasma that has apps via VieraCast, but the user interface of using a remote to type a search, or having to plug in a USB keyboard is a buzz kill.
