You could probably get two Mac Minis and one 21 inch iMac (the all-in-one thing) for that amount of dough. New. Especially if you have screens.

The printing and sign work I do isn't that Hi Tech, I would imagine that even the lowest end imac should work. I don't have and monitors.

I bought my last computer from them and saved a bunch of money. Make sure what you buy is made in 2009 or newer. Then you'll be able to use them for the longest time without needing to upgrade again. You'll need to upgrade all your current software if you upgrade to Mountain Lion.
