best burger joints

Im sure there were already threads,,searched 5 guys and wataburger.

Around here there is a chain called Braums, thats pretty much Texas -maybe Oklahoma. A ice cream/dairy store that also cranks out decent burgers. Anybody else out the experienced Braums?

My house. Artisan brioche bun. Grass fed beef, rare. Pickled paper thin red onions, lettuce, homegrown maters. Real cheese if you must but no bacon, no bleu cheese or other adornments designed to mask the flavor of CAFO meat.

Im going to have to visit you bud, when im out yander.

They are opening up In-n-out's everywhere here,

I REALLY dont see what the big deal is about-they dont even offer bacon on the burgers, which themselves are as tasteless as any that can be had. The big red angle arrow and yellow graphics are catchy, the t shirts with the pictures of old hotrods out front are cool-and people will pay $15.00 for those too.. they are the neatest thing about i-n-o as far as i can tell.

I think that the best hamburger joint is the vending machine at the airport.

NO, in a "Good friend that is there when the times was rough and didn't judge me and put up with a bunch of crap" sort of way.

They should also never be made with beef any leaner than 80/20. The fat enhances flavor and moistness.

I top them with sauteed onion and mushrooms mixed with a touch of mustard. Swiss cheese is a must...

Howdy panzer,
I don't know what you are expecting? In-N-Out is the best fast food burger around. Farmer Boys is also real good.

I've been underwhelmed by In and Out as well, even if the Dude does like them. My favorite is Carl's Jr., though I rarely eat them anymore because I get chest pains after.

These days my favorite fast food hit is the Jack in the Box 'Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit.' Served at all times unlike the McDs version which is off the menu at 11 am or so.

Braum's is headquartered in OK

We also have Braum's here in AR. I think for a "fast food" burger they do a fine job. Can't beat the prices and the ice cream is awesome.

I used to travel to their central plant to sell them some bakery products. At that time they even had a production line where they made their own cones. Not sure it that's the case anymore.

Thumbs Up for Braum's.
