Go New Jersey!

BREAKING: NJ Bans Guns for Residents on FBI Terrorist Watch List | The Truth About Guns

"Here’s the problem: what if one or more of Uncle Sam’s alphabet agencies decides to put a whole class of people onto the Terrorist Watch List? Like, I dunno, members of the NRA. Or anyone who owns a 50-caliber rifle. Or someone who wanted to secure tax-exempt status for a conservative leaning lobby group. What then?

If the listee–who doesn’t even know they’re on the List—lives in New Jersey, the State Police SWAT team can now pay a midnight, no-knock visit to make sure the suspected terrorist has surrendered their firearms (having discovered their status telepathically). How great is that?

If you think about it, the new law makes New Jersey Uncle Sam’s *****, as the state police are swooping on folks ID’ed by the feds. Same as it ever was. Only worse. That said, the bill helps Christie’s presidential aspirations; he will no doubt paint this new law as proof that he’s tough on terrorism. Truth be told, Christie is no friend of ours. But I guess you knew that already."

Nice so if someone doesn't like a group just stick them on a watch list. The best part of the list is you don't know if your on it, or how you got on it, or how to get off it. Its like nice safe friendly little list that your local KGB officer would keep...you know to keep you SAFE from some dangerous people. Than the SWAT teams can have a night, where we raid all them terrorists and shoot/arrest them for weapons possession at once!

We can call it the night of the broken glass...but that won't happen in this country...even though they are paving the road for it legally speaking.

GO Fascism! We don't need no rights in this country I want to feel SAFE, think of SAFETY!

If people were not so busy facebooking they would vote these clowns out of office and take their Liberty back. I'll take my chances with a "terrorist" over fascists. Constitution? Bill of Rights? Whats that?

Interesting question: will this pass Constitutional muster in the courts, since it constitutes a suspension of Constitutional rights without trial? Let's hope that Fatass & Co get whore-slapped hard by the courts.
