I agree for the most part except for a few exceptions, and those are the ones that move upward there or go elsewhere. Did you get the message in that old saying? Pay employees what they are worth (in some cases minimum wage is to high) and charge your customers what the employee thinks they are worth, as most employees think they are worth a whole lot more than they are being paid.

That's it. Ppl will vote with their feet by moving on if you don't pay them enough.

The supply of ppl that will work for minimum wage or less is virtually unlimited. Provided the employer doesn't mind the turnover and the training that it is costing them in less production.
