Though it looks like the guy who DIDN'T shoot first was a mechanic and a decent man. No word on the other guy:

I think there is a whole lot of Criminals out there Incarcerated or not that a lot of People hope that Karma would catch up to; right now!

I also thought that the Prisoners themselves do worse things to each other than the Prison Guards do to the Prisoners.

Who would I prefer to have live next to Me. A X-criminal or a Prison Guard? Make a guess.

If you don't like People being employed by the Criminal Justice system I think it is time to start telling everyone you no not to violate the Law so that they can start putting the Folks in the Criminal Justice System out of a job/work.

FYI - They are no longer called CCW's here in Michigan... The new term is CPL.
Only in movies made in the 1900's.

That is actually a much better description than CCW. As weapon could mean a sawed off shotgun, and that under your jacket would not be legal but would be a weapon.

Somehow the use of Guns in a Crime is thought of as worse.

If We read that 2 People rammed each other with their Cars or had beaten each other with Base Ball Bats resulting in the death of both of them we would be more curious over the novelty of the incident than appalled by the incident.

But, because Guns were used it is considered some how more appalling.

Not really, to me.

But with all the controversy around guns at present it makes the news.

Richard Pryor had a routine about his time in prison - I forget, a few months for cocaine or something - he said one big thing he learned was 'thank God for prisons.' Said he was talking to some big dumbass who said he killed a family in their house, Pryor asked him way, guy said "they was home, man." I guess you'd have to hear Pryor's delivery, basically he described pretty well the thinking and vibe of a 40 watt sociopath.

I do agree that there are a lot of people in prison who really ought not to be there but there is roughly an equal number - who knows any sort of accurate breakdown - who do belong there.

I wish we could reform people so they'd play nice with others but it's been shown that with some people it's just not possible.

*sigh*

Let me explain it to you.

It's all the same, only the names will change
Everyday it seems we're wasting away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I'd drive all night just to get back home

I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive

Sometimes I sleep, sometimes it's not for days
And the people I meet always go their separate ways
Sometimes you tell the day
By the bottle that you drink
And times when you're alone all you do is think

I walk these streets, a loaded six string on my back
I play for keeps, 'cause I might not make it back
I been everywhere, and I'm standing tall
I've seen a million faces an I've rocked them all

I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
I'm a cowboy, I got the night on my side
I'm wanted dead or alive
And I ride, dead or alive
I still drive, dead or alive
Dead or alive [x4]

I'm not spinning it "that way" or any way. I don't think CCW/CCL has anything to do with this incident at all.
I'm not happy that people are shooting each other over road rage- CCW or not. Suggesting I am is disgusting- and it tells more about you than me.
