Oh now he's Mr. Congenial.

Correct me if I'm wrong, speculation is the first part of forming a hypothesis.

What Darwinism? A man was murdered -- he just happened to kill his murderer before expiring himself.

Whoo-EEE! Mr. Congenial continues his charm offensive. Let’s review:

The gentleman gave his opinion, based on informed speculation, IMO, about what might have been going on with one or both of the shooters. As both are now deceased, we’ll not get any info from them on the matter, so about all we have is speculation.

You pulled out your well-known and equally well-worn telepathy meme. His response was witty, yes it was, but that doesn’t negate the fact of your post. Oddly enough, you recently went on at some length regarding the freedom you feel to post your opinions here, unsupported by evidence of any kind:

Upon further thought, I feel that this thread may have been unfair to the guy who did not start the fight, apparently didn't start it anyway. Could be he managed to off the angry dude just after he was mortally wounded. In that case, I applaud his action. It was self-defense, even if his wound was already too much.

The CC thing gives me trouble because I can see some validity to it, with the right people who have some sense and maturity. And plenty of people do. Except when they don't.

The fellow in front was probably aggravating the car behind after the car behind came up wanting to pass and perhaps was a bit aggressive about it. Prolly no completely innocent party there.

If you are on the wrong end of a gun you f'ed up, probably shoulda known better. It is really a b'ch if you are on the wrong end of a gun and the other guy can shoot. Good luck bluffing your way out of that one.

Apparently, either end was the wrong end in this case.... as it so often can be.

I sure hope not. Then you might get banned and suspicion would turn to me as the weenie who whined to the mods about how mean you are.

So the 1 yr old baby that was shot in Brooklyn recently should have known better? Blame the victim some more.

Well of course there are plenty of innocent victims. OTOH, people do often bring trouble their way through folly.
