Picked up another Nissan...

Actually picked up two this time!

Both S13s, both have SR20s, both are making more power than stock, and both are sitting on full suspension!

Double the fun, right? (Well, double the amount of crap to break too!)

If I were you, I would contact your municipality to see if they can float a bond to build you a parking garage...

Weren't you trying to start a business? The way you spend money, you are already acting like the successful CEO who cashed out and retired early.

Why start one if you already have the cash that pretty much allows you to do what you want already? Seems like a dangerous gamble of your existing assets.

Question.... I know you flip a lot of these but how many cars do you own right now and where are you storing them?

The business is more to keep me occupied when I'm not at work, and to help focus my attention.

Just Nissans, or how many cars in total?

you called it a retail business, but its an after work retail business? Sounds more like a hobby. are we talking an internet shopping cart business?

If so, those are cheap to operate if you can get people to drop ship for you. Hold onto much stock though, and money gets involved pretty fast.

Nothing gives you a greater appreciation for how fast money can vanish than operating a business, even a small one. It adds up really fast.

You have a serious toy addiction, and the cash to apparently perpetuate it. Imagine all that money including the 70k flash money you showed us a few months ago tied up in T-shirts, gizmos, and operating costs, not to mention whatever you need to be in business that the state requires.

check out post #9 on this thread for the possible PITA's that pop up-

I cant win with work spaces
