How millenial are you?

How Millennial Are You? | Pew Research Center

I scored 32, somewhere below a Gen-X'er in the high baby boomer range, despite about in my low 30s.

And I'm in my mid 30's. I think not having TV or a wireless phone is what did it.

Mine was 7...I've been called old-fashioned, but never saw it like this.

As soon as I call to cancel my landline I'll be an 85 (currently 68). And I'm not opposed to tattoos, just haven't come up with anything that I just had to have inked.

Apparently my mind is much younger than its beat-up container.

and... I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing.

I don't watch TV, I don't read a newspaper, I am not heavily engaged in politics, but have been playing GTA5, and I send ~10-15k text messages a month. Oh, I am also 25.

I like my landline. Pre-war apartment buildings with brick walls about 12" thick tend to make cell phones unhappy. I think I lost cred for the landline, not being big on texting or video games, and lack of tattoos and piercings.

You and I apparently fall within the margin of error.

We haven't used it for anything in two years yet I foolishly continue to pay the bill every month.

The only calls I get on it are from solicitors.

I prefer talking to texting. And cell phones sound like crap as compared to a landline with a 2500 phone attached to it. (Does the choice of phone really make me un-Millenial?)

My cell is actually set up to fwd to the land line, so if I don't answer the cell because of no reception indoors, it goes to my LL, then goes to voicemail. Voicemail is accessible via email of course.

I'm shocked that I scored that high. I'm far from "hip", "with-it" and techno saavy. Just ask my kids or my millennial sister!
