You might try again later. Apparently the site is getting a lot of traffic.
And note this: This takes about an hour to read, but I think it is worth it. One line I really liked was that before you can understand something you must also be able to misunderstand it. Maybe this is just because this is something I used to teach when I was trying to educate new hires on how to operated a pipeline. "To first understand what Newton's laws of motion are you must first understand what they are not, and what they are not is optional just because you don't like the way the natural universe operates." Those are my words, so maybe I am biased towards the authors point of view since he appears to agree with a lot of what I once taught in my mini physics class. |
