Can the drivetrain support 600RWHP? A buddy has a pimped 7.3 but it's detuned to avoid shearing the splines in the transmission(or something like that)

The only thing the studs do is to make sure the case halves don't come apart while the insides grind themselves to dust.

For the most part, yes.

I'm having my Allison built out to stage 5, which is capable is handling ~1000hp.

Everything else should be good for it - transfer case, axles, driveshafts, etc.

chain the brodozer to a 300D on an incline with the brodozer facing downhill. I bet you it pulls the 300D down the hill even with the engine off. No special mods needed.
