I have a videotape collection of these kinds of claimants.

- guy building a wood deck by himself while on work disability.
- woman shopping at Costco, cases of water and can goods, by herself while suing for neck and back injuries
- teacher suing for debilitating back injuries on a ladder, taking down boxes of supplies from a closet
- claimants "self medicating" on crack, meth and heroin in public places
- student claiming serious injury performing in "street dance" troupe; also her transcript shows enrollment in jazz dance classes in college after accident.

I mention to people with serious injuries. Even if you feel you can with some difficulty do not do anything. There exist too many people paid to track and video tape claiments.

The law expects total impairment claims basically for all practical purposes not partial impairment. Also I dislike false claiments and there are enough of them.

By the same token I have seen disability insurers like blue cross do some despicable things like cutting off claiments in genuine cases.

My Neighbor around the corner was on State Disability was outside on His Ladder Fixing His house and was Video Taped by an investigator. He was not supposed to be doing that.

The whole GD country has become a collection of DB's. No matter where you go...........no matter what you wish to do...........a DB will certainly ruin a part of your day.

Welcome to the new USA where narcissism rules.

LOL

I agree with BC in regards to the country turning into a population of DB's. I see em all the time at WalMart.

I'm not necessarily down on fatasses, (by hook or by crook, I'm anything but one.....) however in most cases there's something else going on in that person's life that is very, very seriously at either a deficit, or very flawed going on between their ears.

That said, unless there's a State or Federal law(s) the fat guy was breaking, for kristsakes, it's some freakin' sandstone - for God sakes - who TF cares about some damned dirt? Seriously, ppl need to get a life ~ notwithstanding the fatass in the vid that pushed the piece of rock off it's pivot point. Who gives a flyin' %#$@*& ???
