Did you check your glove box lately?

This shows how messy I am,I found tire gauge,
books of matches, ins.card, prophylactic(just in case of emergency or urgency)resistor, plastic
screw,cellphone charging cord,rabbits foot,
bic lighter, chewing gum,and a few fishin' hooks. The arm rest compartment is another
story.Check yours and tell us what you got.

lets see. owners manual, registration and insurance in factory book.

Lots of pennies.

Extra fuses for the car.

Extra indicator bulbs.

Some misc nuts and screws.

Some pens.

Disposable camera in case of emergencies, like a car accident so I can photograph the scene instantly.

And an emergency condom of course. Gotta keep one everywhere you never know when you might need one.

Alon

I'm a big neat-freak, so there's not much...Insurance papers, air freshener spray (vanilla), tire pressure guage, soft case for the removeable stereo face, and the damn glove box light that keeps falling out of it's slot!

Hey, trick question Clauser!

My W124 (like yours) doesn't have a glove box! Heheh think you're so clever eh?

In the center console I've got registration, emission paperwork and napkins/tissue for when the allergies act up. No repair reciepts yet.

The W123 has all the above, plus extra fuses, a couple small light bulbs for the instrument cluster, lip-balm, box of mints, a pen or two, and road maps of Oregon and Nevada (never driven to nevada - came with the car, thought it might be useful someday).

Good idea Moraine, however, does the registration have owner's home address on it? I'm just wondering what one would do when Mr. Policeman asks for liscense and registration and you say it's at home to avoid someone knowing where I live if they were to steal my car and think to look through the paperwork in the glovebox...

Regards,
- Ryan

I keep a flashlight in the glovebox. Sometimes the tire gauge is in there if I am on my way to put some air in one of the tires.

I keep all my tools some spare parts and water in my trunk. The glove box has my mannual, spare bulbs, and the bmw flash light nothing else.
The 500 had everything that came with the car and then everything the car had done to it as long as we had it.

Bought it on Ebay because it was gone. I wonder why people lose them so quick. they are great always there and ready when you need them.

Howdy All,
In my YJ Wrangler's glove box is a couple boxes of fuses(in seven years used one fuse) several packets of sun screen, napkins, small cresent wrench and a plastic spoon. In center console is the owners manual, registation, a pouch for company petty cash, pens, tire gauge, change and a Power bar.
As far as the registation it has my P.O.box number on it. There have been people who have driven by the house checking it out but didn't like the looks of the Great Dane and if that wasn't enough the seven other dogs as back-up persuaded them to find an easier "mark"

Glove box: Absolutely nothing except a pair of sunglasses in the hidden compartment.

Center console: Altoids with a few toothpicks inside.

Every Saturday I remove all the crap my wife leaves in either one.
