Seems FOX is the only place making a stink about it. I read through the 20 pages the article refers to and don't see the problem. The wording regading the founders is a bit clumsy but I think the point is pretty clear and FOX seems to have missed it. No surprise there.

I thought LBJ's Civil Rights Act of 1964. the creation of the EEOC, Affirmative Action and the Federal Fair Housing Act had fixed and repaired all racial 'inequalities'. I know at my last visit to the EEOC, the only people waiting to get in to see a counselor were black pregnant females, no men (other than myself) and no other races were represented. Once I was called into the EEOC counselors office, there hung a very large portrait of the man of the hour, Martin Luther King.

Why on earth would you think that various acts would change the way people think over night? The CRA certainly made things better but that is just one step out of many.

Time to get to work and pass mucho grande legislation in hopes of fixing and repairing the situation, right? I mean, we all know and understand that creating bills and passing legislation is the 'fix'...........

That's not the case in a lot of cities, all the races get a little clique when they get in power. Try being white in an inner city government and get promoted.

This here represents everything that is wrong with society today.

In a nut shell: no fatherly figure, mom unable to work due to the family burden of being a single parent, probably looks for love in all the wrong places and gets knocked up around every 9-months, depends heavily on public assistance and last but not least has limited access to contraception/abortion.

She certainly makes a strong case for mandatory sterilization for those dependant on public assistance.
