That they're sick of their jobs and want to hand their medical licenses in? Or that they were scared spitless of a bunch of armed redneck thugs?

They didn't think, they bowed before authority.

Think Nazi Germany.

With these pigs, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some coercion along the lines of "you have to do it, that's a court order, you could be arrested" or something like that.

I'm not saying that when all the dust settles, the medical facility/personnel are going to be found liable in some capacity, but the ultimate blame here lies with the cops involved.

Again, kudos to the first medical team that said "no." I'll bet they are now doubly-glad they took that stand.

I'm wondering just exactly who is financially responsible when the police drag your ass into a hospital and order a medical procedure against your will?

I just cannot see any legal system that would make it the victoms bill. That does depend on a non controlled legal system I suppose as well.

Especially if there where nothing to find. The medical bill could be in the thousands of dollars as well in this case.

Actually no invasive search was required. If the warrant allowed holding the individual on suspicion until a bowel movement occurred and was examined.

Border customs x rays the intestine in suspicious cases at a medical facility and if anything is suspect found.. You are held in confinement until the proof emerges. They pay the bill. I have no proof here but it almost seems like the police were also calling all the medical shots. Or the selected clinic was really going overboard.

Common sense is if he was kind of clinching his posterior the item would have to be very low in the intestine as well if there. Still once again common sense is not all that common.

They have studied the means and methods of the Third Reich's doctors and nurses. Hitler ordered us to hold him down and give him a thorough body cavity search plus anything else we can dream up. You are, after all, guilty of something, we just have to look hard enough and long enough and we WILL find it. Afterwards, we'll add insult to injury by sending you a bill. Thank you passing through Jerkwater, Hazard County.

Now, you cops get out there and snag us anotha!!! PRONTO!!!

^ This was one small town in Southern NM. Some pretty remote places down yonder. And from this small group of seriously misguided fools, you leap to Obamacare.

i don't know just what the law is.But around here alot of businesses don't have stop signs leaving their business parking lot.so if this stop sign WAS on wal-mart property would he have had to legally stop for it in the first place as it would not have been an OFFICIAL city sign??

If Deputy Dick from Jerkwater says so, then yes. Or you get "searched."

These officers have done this before, too:

Quote:
In Young’s case, the officers searched his truck with a drug dog, which alerted them that it had detected drugs in the driver’s seat. The police couldn’t find any drugs in the truck, so they ordered Young to drop his pants and underwear in the public parking lot to search him. Then, at 2 a.m., they got a warrant for a body search at the local hospital, where Young was digitally penetrated and X-rayed, according to the complaint.

He was discharged at 4:30 a.m., after cops failed to find contraband in his truck or hidden in his body. He was never arrested or charged with anything throughout the entire ordeal. Later, Gila Medical Center sent him a bill for $600.

Just a few months after Young’s encounter, some of the same officers stopped another man, David Eckert, in a Wal-Wart parking lot for failing to yield at a stop sign. The officers searched his car with a drug dog that alerted them to the smell of drugs. But they couldn’t find any contraband on Eckert or in his vehicle, so they obtained a warrant for a search of his body.
Note: Eckert is the guy in speedy's initial link.
Those bastards need to be fired and charged with felony battery and sent to prison. Period.

Police turn routine traffic stops into cavity searches

No, they need to be electrocuted or hanged for deprivation of civil rights under color of law aggravated by sexual assault, after a fair trial and exhaustion of all appeals.

There was recently such a case in Texas. While not normally an Alex Jones disciple I have posted the story from his site since it appears to be the most comprehensive.

Think "Rationed medical care" not "Obamacare". Only those under the age of 30 will be deemed worthy of quality medical care. Medical review boards similar to the Nazi death panels will be set up to review each and every critical medical case for those over the age of 60. Time to put grandpa out to pasture......

Funny that people in industrialized democratic countries with national healthcare systems typically live longer than Americans. On average at least.
