I noticed that we don't appear to have a cat pictures thread up here, even though we have plenty of cat owners. So here you go -- cat pictures thread!

But I digress. Here's our warehouse cat hard at work. Undoubtedly one of the most spoiled barn cats in the country.

Two of the 6 "domestics", then there are the barn cats, but they are camera shy. The white one, FuzzyBoy, had to be put to sleep two weeks ago due to an aggressive cancer. He was 16, and we are still mourning him. His pal Arrow is now the old man at 15. This pic is a few years old.

Sigh. Suppose I oughta weigh in

Andre, one of the four gray formerly feral family that now calls the Big Yellow House home. Note the gash in his neck. Matching decorations were present on his back and tail.




All four of the gray formerly feral family, post-Darling Wife de-feralization. Andre, Nik, Ivan, and Mosha (believed to be mother of three brothers).




Most recent addition, Ashley. One of four, three of whom didn't make it through a seriously nasty infection in spite of good docs and a few thousand dollars.




Ashley killing Andre (formerly known as Satan 'cuz he was MEAN has hell, now known as Best Kitten Chew Toy Ever).




Callie The Office Cat. She has thumbs (six toes on each front foot). She's 19. One of the original herd (7 cats, a dog, Ma, and Ed) that was part of the package deal that included Darling Wife.




Paulie. Second most recent addition. Found on the side of the road, tied up in a plastic bag. Weighed half what he should have for his 10 weeks, and had cigarette burns on his feet.



Paulie and Ashley. Being typical goons.




Mama Cat. Personally responsible for 4 of the original 7.





Left to right: Trogdor, Runty, Ghost, and Bear. Mama Cat's 4 offspring. Bear's probably ~ 22 pounds in this picture. Down to a (still massive) 18 at this point.




Wiggle. Last of the original 7. Don't let that slacker pose fool you. She's the one out of the whole bunch that'll rip your lungs out. Through your nose. Without making you sneeze. But then, she's also the sweetest ever. You just have to know where her head is at any given moment (another one abused prior to finding Darling Wife).




For those of you keeping score at home, that's 13 total. I've got my Crazy Cat Lady credentials, yo!
