Mercedes chicken advert

G'day Folks,

I don't think this has been posted yet.

If it has - sorry - I missed it.

This is one of those adverts that is funny now but will probably irritate later!

Mercedes-Benz TV: MAGIC BODY CONTROL TV commercial "Chicken" - YouTube

(enjoy or hate it)

2 people need to quit with the power lunches.

One at the ad company, one at MB who approves commercials.

I thought it was actually kinda funny and cute but that probably stems from the fact that i've done the exact same thing with a chicken before. It's pretty fun to see

However while we're on the subject of bird related Mercedes commercials, here's a good one

Yes Sir Mr President!

Actually I've started most of my threads with G'day because I've been a victim of antipodean pressures since the 1980s when "Neighbours" first made its debut on English TV...

...since then I've been chucking Barbie on shrimps and been looking for an honest day's pay...

I really like the Mercedes chicken commercial. It is interesting that they can do that. I wonder if other birds can too?

I don't know about all birds, but FYI

geese, Guinea fowl and ducks can,
turkeys -at least those in my sample group- can't.

I'm guessing it gives them the ability to focus on a bug as they move to catch it.

I think battleships and such have similar devices on their big guns.
