Confused. A 240TD is not a turbo diesel. Not to mention the fact that has both 81,000 miles and 89,000 miles.

I'm sure the seller was confused, but don't know since he has not gotten back to me. I emailed, called and left a text, then a second text. It was posted Oct 25th- how the hell it escaped my CL searches is beyond me. I commonly search "mercedes diesel" and many other terms used which denote that.

I think the seller is the son, and the 81K vs 89K is a non issue as others wondered about. I sounds like it's a Palm Beacher estate sale by the son.

You'd think people would take down ads when items sell on CL, but there is no accounting for manners. Once in a while I'll get an "oops I forgot to take down the ad, sorry it's sold" reply to my enquiries, but more often than not they just go unanswered.
