Very strange and wild!
Seems like an extremely limited propulsion system. If conditions aren't wide open and flat I think they'd be SOL. When I first saw the drum I wondered how they got power to it, but it turns out that's just the braking system. I could see it being a blast to have on a big lake in the winter!
