Recently had my car broken into. A little research found this.

Car Zapper 9000 | NOBODY Messes With MY Car

Elderly person, toddler or child, physically or mentally handicapped adult . . . accidentally bumps or touches your Zapper equipped car . . . the shock and surprise causes them to fall onto pavement or roadway . . . injury results . . . emotional distress occurs . . . civil lawsuit is filed . . . issue is whether the Zapper owner could have foreseen his "electric fence" car causing injury (hint: it's designed to deliver an electrical shock, which isn't commonplace) . . . case goes to a jury . . . and your defense is . . . I wanted to protect . . . my parked car . . . right.
