A teaser from my engagement photoshoot

We did our engagement photos Sunday morning , started at 6am and went until 8:30 and we did a lot of fun shots and some that Megan wanted. You can tell immediately that this one was my idea.

Nice pic.

I'd show my wife so she can see that being stuck with someone who's into old Mercedes is no where near as bad as it could get. But she has no sense of humor.

What's that thing on the seat?

- Peter.

Engagement photos are pretty common. I had no idea either, but it turns out all women know about them. If you hire a photographer for your wedding it can be part of the package deal. The purpose appears to be for coming up with a good pic for your mailed save the dates.
The photo session came up on me unexpectedly and I considered it tortuous, the wife enjoyed herself fully however

All I know is thedon looks a hell of a lot better and more natural in his pic than I did in mine. Also, I thought he sold the delorean? My rusty 240 made it into my engagement pic, which was fun because the photographer couldn't believe we included it and she had to photoshop out some visible rust

Congratulations to thedon!

The white laces on the solid black shoes make the shoes pop out from the rest of the grey/patterned textures in the photo. Also, there is a tapatalk watermark on there :p

Nothin' personal Don just being picky

His shoes look fine, you guys are nuts

At least he doesn't look mentally retarded, constipated, or like a muppet. All poses I managed to pull off with impressive regularity in my engagement pics.

The woman took something like 80 pics, and 2 actually came out well enough to use as a save the date.

What is a "save the date" please?
Is that like where you write something on your wall calendar?
