That was very interesting. I really admire how cool everybody remained during the contact.

Wow!

Great story!

I think I would have crapped my wetsuit.

Yeah, having that hand reach out and grab me would have freaked me out. It's also amazing to me that Harrison is so calm when he dons the headgear and starts working his way out. I'm guessing he'd never been in dive gear before. I would have thought that going underwater and working his way over to the diving bell would have been very scary. The guy on the microphone tells him not to panic but I didn't hear anything to suggest he was even mildly troubled. Maybe the relief of having just overcome almost certain death overwhelmed everything else. I wonder how long the air in that compartment would have lasted? My favorite part is when Harrison appears to be calmly taking a swig out of his water bottle shortly after he was discovered.

I wonder what the water temperature was? You'd think exposure would have killed him.

thats one of the most amazing things ive ever seen.

That guy just used up a lifetime of luck

I saw that the other day on the news. I think I would rather put shingles on my roof than be under water for 3 days in complete darkness. That would freak me out to the point if insanity.

Yeah no kidding. I think I read it was about 100 feet below the surface. Water temp had to be in the fifties.
