Garage Advice!

I bought a really nice house earlier this summer, with a large 26'x26' two car garage. I am just trying to figure out what I should do for storage. Right now I have two muscle racks and a hodge podge of other storage units. What I am debating on is getting a few more muscle racks, or should I build a custom rack system, that takes advantage of the 10' ceiling.

Shelves attached to the walls. I have a small garage also, but having shelves at eye-level enables me to park 2 cars in it. If you have rafters you can also create storage space up there using some plywood boards.

A very high perimeter shelf or shelves all around the garage for items you basically just are keeping avoids a waste of space. Even with an eight foot ceiling one shelf can usually be established.

I am not a pack rat but have acquired far too much over time. Storage is an ongoing issue.

I think we need pictures...

Almost 1 year into our new home, and my garage is still a swirling bit of differing conceptualizations...
