Those appear to be daddylong leg spiders. So, that is a mating Fiesta. they ball up like that to make whoopie.

My very first ebay sale was to an arachnophobe who paid 1200.00 for one of my parts I designed and built so he could close off the cab of his old k5 blazer and keep the spiders out when he collected firewood.

We've got some brown widows around our house, once in a while I see one hiding in a corner.
