SFPD "Office of Citizen Complaints" Cops vs. a big dog.
 

One of the less popular jobs of the Criminal felony Superior Court Judges is to review citizen complaints filed against the SFPD.

I heard a couple of judges in chambers laughing about one of the complaints. I got to look at the report later on.

(Paraphrasing), it read:

At about 10:30 pm officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the park in Bernal Heights, which is closed to the public at night.

They approached the suspect, whose account – in the complaint – stated:

"Several SFPD cops approached me, and my dog “Bernie”, a Doberman, and shined their flashlights in my eyes and Bernie’s eyes and began questioning me loudly about what I was doing there.

When they got closer, still talking angrily and loudly, “Bernie” growled at them.

Then the officers began to hit “Bernie” on his head and body repeatedly, with their batons and flashlights.

The police officers were laughing, and then were singing “How Much Is That Doggie in the Window” as they continued to hit my dog.

I protested and I was handcuffed and arrested”.

Animal abuse is one of the signs of psychopathy -- those pigs need a shrink evaluation stat. It's not funny. Those cops need to be fired (or hit by a Google bus) before they graduate to maiming and killing humans.

^Not only the cops but the judges who laughed at the report appear to have some issues in their senses of what is funny.

The judges -like most in the SF criminal -or civil courts system prolly think its all a bunch of BS......... and wana just roll along- NOT doing their jobs, So they can kick back and collect that ridiculous unsustanable pension that the likes are enjoying so much these days.
Just one of the examples of why my dear Cali was driven off the rails by those who were supposed to be driving.

REALLY time for the reset button on all that self serving crowd!

In other words, the closest example to Greece and Spains plight on this side of the planet is............. guess where.
