SNOW #$%&!!!

I must be getting old and grouchy. Not too many years ago I loved winter time. Now I can't stand it, especially SNOW!!! What a pain in the a$$!!! I don't have a snowmobile and I don't ski, or snowboard. In other words, I've got no use for the stuff. Digging, scraping, salting, etc......who needs it? Just walking the dogs is a major PIA. I'm not gonna' get into the job. That's a whole 'nother rant. I feel better now. Thanks

I'm thinking about maybe moving South in a few years. Georgia, or maybe Florida might work. North Carolina......??? Anyone???

Condos good. Pay a few hundo a month for outside maintenance and to have someone shovel the snow for you.

Or just buy a house close to the street with not much walkway area to shovel. I have a set of cross-country skis and ain't afraid to use 'em -- if we really get a foot, Central Park will be pretty damn close to heaven early tomorrow morning.

Got my fill of winter living in Michigan as a kid. 4 yrs of 5 month long winter was plenty.

Here in the SF Bay Area, you can surf in the morning and after a 3 hour drive, ski in the afternoon if you wish. Hard to beat if you like the outdoors.

Is uncommonly warm for the last week or two. Is 75F right now. We haven't had any rain yet this winter which we will pay for next summer.

Eventually I'm going somewhere warm from Jan-March. Winter is only fun in small doses.

I hate snow. Today I had to cover for 2 of my coworkers who left around 11 am. Neither of them made it home until around 4, normally a 20 minute commute. I am so done with it, the people who drive in it, shoveling, the cold, heating bills, dry skin, everything.

The sooner you move, the better off you'll be. I got the h#ll out of that Winter mess when 22 yrs. old. I don't miss it at all. Some die before making it happen for themselves. Don't be that guy...

Bring it on!

Until it's a foot deep, it isn't snow.

Didn't realize that Jersey got snow....
It's bad enough trying to get snow up here in the CT banana belt...

There is about 14 inches covering my neighborhood in Delaware. I am not looking forward to going out to shovel in 5* temps either. I miss Florida...

listen to you guys! the Canadians are laughing at us as they snowmobile around half naked in 30 below!

I have no problem with snow, but I also love winter sports and the change in seasons, so i have a reason to constantly head north and enjoy these features of winter.

IMO nothing is as boring as living some place with no seasonal shift. Plus its only a couple months, spring is only that far away already.

I bet you guys complaining about snow are the same ones who hate sweltering in the heat during the summer.

We only got about 3-5 inches down the shore here. Beach erosion a bigger problem.
