I mean really, we've all heard of people cutting people out of pictures, and in most cases you just toss (or burn) their pic.

I guess if you were being kind you might send their cropped-out pic back to them.

But this really does take it to a new extreme.

Dunno, might be real. I'm not sure too many people could self-inflict that kind of pain on themselves though so you might be right.

I think fake as well. Nobodys that crazy. Well some may come close on reflection. At least if true he got a piece of her anyways.:D

I'm leaning towards it being real. In the pic, it really does look like a depression in the wound area. Not sure how you would fake that. Also, in the article she mentions using some kind of topical nerve deadening agent. Also, the pic of her face looks just a bit freaky.
