Philadelphia - A drunk driver crashes his car into a chicken restaurant and proceeds to strip and supposedly masturbates in front of startled onlookers.
What a way to start your Monday morning.
On January 27, Vincent J. Wade of Pennsauken, New Jersey was found causing quite the scene. The 34 year-old man crashed into a Crown Fried Chicken restaurant in North Philadelphia. An excerpt from the police report made available by Tomo News describes the details:
After the accident,the male operator exited the vehicle and began removing his clothing and yelling. He then attempted to drive off; however, someone was able to remove the keys and hold them until police arrived.

At this point, Wade began to act erratically in the nude. An eyewitness on the scene recorded the incident and though Wade is facing away from the camera, the video suggests that he may have been pleasuring himself before being apprehended by authorities. According to Philly.com, he was later released after posting $500 of his $5,000 bail.
This is not the first time Wade has found himself in trouble with the law. Philadelphia Magazine reports three separate occasions where he has been arrested for driving under the influence. Monday's incident will make Wade's fourth DUI charge, though some would question whether an indecent exposure charge should be added as well.
