Disappointing for a local politician there now. Not much left to steal. Sounds like the place is full of wannabee politicans as well judging by the crime rate.
What a potential election platform that would make. I promise to steal less than my opponent. I only want my finger in the pie up to the elbow. At least I am being honest..

There is not enough to go around for essential services that the taxpayers paid for, but plenty for the lawyers. Take a guess on who will get paid first, and who will stop the billing if they do ever really run out of $$.
