Well heck yes....first time was in my dad's 66 Corvair. I put the shifter for the three speed manual in first gear for extra room.

The transfer of human emotions or trying to interact with non living things is not unique. There are just some levels of it that seem insane occasionally. Either that or they cannot deal with the stimulation something causes in a normal or rational fashion.

They probably have some type of compulsive disorder as well.
