Good chart. We 86'd farmed fish a long time ago.

They forgot the Fukishima flavored krill, zooplankton, sardines and herring.

Perhaps not just fish. My wife has had some severe medical issues for a long time now. Recently because of one of them she adopted a pretty strict vegan diet. I've always been a carnivore and have never had any interest in vegetarianism, or vegan diets etc but I will say I'm a bit stunned by how the symptoms she had been suffering from vanished practically overnight. The only thing we can attribute this to is hormones in meat. Makes me start considering reducing my meat diet as well. Ironcially one of the things she used to like before was Salmon.

Heard about a new term "vegansexuals" . . . people who only have sex with other vegetarians.

It's the last safe bet. I'm a halibut, haddock, cod fan but 3.11.11 ended that for me.

Like I said earlier farmed fish has been off our table for a long time, but we've also found ourselves eating a lot less wild fish. Grass fed beef has the same omega fatty acid profile as salmon.
