Um, did you read the link? They are using the term anti-freeze to indicate any substance which lowers water's freezing point, such as the alcohol they add to windshield wiper fluid. That is why, right next to that photo, it said "In automotive windshield-washer fluids, an alcohol (e.g., methanol) is usually added to keep the mixture from freezing; it also acts as a solvent to help clean the glass."

Yeah but he appears to be pouring it into the radiator filler neck This being said, some VWs do have blue antifreeze.

Yes, my old honda and my wife's hyundai have the wiper fluid bottle hidden behind one of the headlights. They often have a yellow float inside them to help you know when they are almost full, because it is impossible to see the fluid level inside the bottle.

I recall borrowing my friend's Ford Focus, and it had the same deal. Here is a video which shows the location which I thought was pretty common:
Ford Focus ZX-3, How To Add Windshield Wiper Fluid - YouTube

But to your original point, I checked the photo info on the EPA website, and it is described as "Photo of antifreeze being poured into a car" which is clearly wrong. That is wiper fluid.

Anyone ever use windshield washer fluid as anti-freeze?
I know I have. Got me through a super cold spell when I was in college and had both a leaky cooling system and an empty wallet....
