Dude was just trying to take a nap and needed a bed. Poor guy, probably working too many hours.

I'm sorry, I assumed people had acquainted themselves with the story. The father of the girl is also black and I can only assume the girl is as well.

Video on the following link shows the father being taken out of the house on a stretcher, as he was complaining of not feeling well. I can only imagine it dawned on him fairly quickly just what a load of trouble he had brought on himself.

I'm with Jooseppi....
The color of the people involved makes no difference, and posting a picture of the kid doesn't equate to playing the race card, IMHO.

"Playing the race card" is a form of opponent vilification in which a side in a conflict is depicted as racist for holding certain actions or positions. Displaying a picture of a black person is not playing the race card. What are they supposed to do, hide the family from public view?

It does seem to me that you are, for some strange reason, trying to play the "race card" card.

Well, it kinda devalues your position.

I once had to tell someone to call the police if there is difficulty. Otherwise in that particular situation the individual taking it into his own hands would be bad.

The issue is he did not want someone on his property. When someone entered the house he pulled a pistol. It was his daughter and not her boyfriend that also shared the adjoining house. For some possibly not balanced reason he had a serious dislike of her boyfriend. Unfortunatly I was siting across the room at the time.

I had to tell him I would not be visiting again. If I witnessed the result of your behaviours it would be bad for you in court.

It is your property next door but as you are renting it to them you cannot control it. If you do not want him around just give a notice to them. Shooting him is not the solution.

Your daughter does not realise how potentially dangerous you are in this situation. Many people should not have guns and he was in my opinion a prime example of one.

If his wife was still alive and knew he pulled a gun on their daughter or anyone . There would have been serious reprecussions.

He had asked me to tell him how to fix the rear shock towers in their ford station wagon a year or so earlier. On examining the vehicle . I told him it was impossible as the whole floor and sub frames etc where just oxide. She was hit in this car not much later and it folded up and killed her.

A year or two later he shot himself. He had told me he might. I suggested at that time that if he was serious to leave a note and do not do it where the kids will find you. Of course he did neither.

I had asked some of his family to get him help when his wife died but they did nothing. I will never know if it ever dawned on him that he was partially responsible for his wives death. He let her go on driving a car that was very structurally unsound.

You have to live in a bad rustbelt to really understand what I mean. The vast majority of the metal has just reverted to iron oxide on its return to nature. You cannot weld on the stuff. It retains it's fabricated form but has no strength. You can push a screwdriver through all over the place with little effort.
