sec front end on a se
 

ive got an 85 380se that is now a project car i a few months i am going to be putting some massively wide wheels on the car and some other things and was wondering if the front end can be swapped over from a sec car i.e .. hood, lights bumper.etc..

There is more than just a bonnet and lights that needs changing. The guards are also different, so will the front clip. This is a major conversion.

Matts right .it is pretty much an entire front end that would need to be changed. I looked into putting a SEC bumper on my 500 for the fog lights but I could never find a euro bumper.

Sell your 380SE and buy a 5.6 liter engined W126 sedan or coupe for the cash and save your self lots of pain-in-the-arse labor. Seriously, you won't ever regret it.

i have been tring to sell it but no one wants it so since i,m stuck with it i will do what i can to make it stand out. i like the shape of the car i have been inquiring about alot of for this car, wheels especialy. but thanks for the responces though
