Frontline NSA
Did anyone else see the first Frontline episode on the NSA last night? Very good but very disturbing. Second episode next Tuesday.

I watched a little and changed the station. Too depressing. Government out of control (am I channeling one of our right leaning members here?)

It is depressing.
|
It's not depressing. Depressing is a death in the family or a sick dog. It's f**king enraging.
|
It is enraging, but the powerlessness of the decent people who opposed it is the depressing part. The other depressing part is how an illegal policy, even once exposed, can have a momentum which is extremely difficult to stop once people start using it to achieve their aims. I wonder how the next episode will deal with Snowden.

Could a country like that shoot down an airliner and cover it up or be complicit in an attack on the WTC?
|
Ron Paul has warned about this for years, but no one was listening. Too late now, that genie is out of the bottle.

I worked for "the company", '54 - '55, in Korea. 501st CRBN (ASA), reporting to NSA.
Don't ask. |

Recently I flew into and out of Tipton Airport, MD, which turns out to be across the street from NSA. Never saw so many antennae.
