I offer my deepest sympathies. As you request, he, you and your family are in my prayers.

Warmest regards,
Larry

Many Thanks for the kind thoughts expressed.
It does go to show that although we can argue ( and sometimes insult and name-call), we are, all, basically caring people.
It has been a trying 6 weeks, but at least now its over--except for the adjustments, especially by his wife, daughters, and grand daughters who all will miss him.

My sympathies MS. I haven't lost any siblings yet.
My BIL died last July & my sister asked me to read from 2 Corinthians. He was a good and accomplished man. I don't know how I kept my composure.
Be strong.

Oh man, very sorry for your loss. I performed the funeral for my best friend when he died at 40. Hardest thing I've ever done, my heart is with you.

I tell people that I don't go to funerals, I'm not even going to my own.

Haven't lost a sibling, recently lost my dad. This is one of the areas where I feel paralyzed by my social retardation.

Life is too short.
