Crime of 'being too highly ranked [on a search engine]

This kinda out there. BBC News - French blogger fined over review's Google search placing ""This decision creates a new crime of 'being too highly ranked [on a search engine]', or of having too great an influence'," Ms Doudet said the decision made it a crime to be highly ranked on search engines. The judge decided that the blog's title should be changed, so that the phrase: "the place to avoid" was less prominent in the results. " Now, precisely, what control does one have over how google deals with your stuff?

Don't know how much you have stayed abreast of how the braniacs at Google work, but I'd recommend some in depth research of that crew.

1. They are Californians.
2. They believe they are preordained to control the universe and everything in it.

1. They are Californians, nuff said on that.
2. They believe that they are preordained to control the universe and everything in it.

Can you elaborate for me how that ^ relates to a French Judge and the French blogger?
