Bought a new ride ( new to me)

I just bought a 2003 Ultra Electra Glide Silver and Black, It will be my transport to work with the 84 coupe for rainy day duty.
The bike is a 95 ci with 104 hp 98 tq from a dyno run. It does have some balls. Hopefully the wife will enjoy her new seat with her own speakers.:D

Be careful; look out for the other guy. Wear leathers.

Ditto tyl, There is hardly a day riding in an urban when some twit doesn't see/respect you.

At least the Harley makes noise. Bicycling in the city stinks, unless you can pedal 20-25 MPH on flat ground to keep up with traffic :D.

I use to ride all the time when I lived in Daytona. Then I got married and a child was born a B&B started and 15 years went by. Now I will commute 27 miles one way to work :D. And hopefully a little R&R with the little lady when the B&B sells. The way to work is 55mph back roads :P

Velocity matters not when they merge you or oncoming left in front of you. Vigilance.

I have always ridden as if everyone is trying to put me in the ditch. What I tell every one that rides is when you get comfortable riding that is when you are going to have problems.

I still can't believe the white wagon was killed..... :(:(:(:(

nice bike!
looks nice and comfortable for the commute.

i gave up my motorcycle commuting when i barely avoided a spinning boogie board off the roof of a minivan, along with beach balls and other beach crap.

just figured, what a way to go. knocked off his bike by a barbie pink foam board, then run over by some a-hole following to close.

Beautiful bike. Be careful out there!
