Looking for a non-foaming surfactant -- any ideas?

I'm looking for a non-foaming surfactant that I could find somewhere like Wal-Mart, Lowes, a supermarket... someplace where I can pick it up locally. Any ideas?

Why I'm asking:

Different application, but for the citric acid flush of a cooling system, one of the first steps is to degrease the internals. Most of the recommendations I have read for this suggest the use of Shout stain remover from the grocery story. Soaps are discouraged because they will foam forever (hyperbole!). Perhaps Shout is something to consider.

SHOUT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA!

Sorry, couldn't resist :D.

Zulfi and S=B say that dishwasher soap has no foaming ability, so I'll probably go with that.

Hot tub supplies, defoamer.
