SO maintenance

I got a new toy & played in a salvage yard for a good chunk of the weekend
so....
appeased the spousal-unit this weekend with an oil change & fresh battery for her sensible Honda Fit.

also helped make pickles

win:win

I have been making new pickls in spear shape, those look like sweet pickles. I like the dill and onion kind

we are usually lazy & just make fridge pickled veg but every now & then it is nice to go the extra mile for ones that can just sit out. That I got to use the cajun cooker(& drink beer) to sterilize the jars for long-term keeping was a plus. Not that they stick around for very long...

The Pick n Pull was kind of a new experience for me. Well staffed, clean & organized. No bees, mud or overgrowth to hack through. Very impressed.

If I make it down to ChowdaQ tomorrow, I'm gonna have to try to see a P-n-P. There's at least one on my way...

PNP Fan 2X

...Columbus OH PNP is making the other yards in town improve the cars on their lots and how they're setup. Watch how how industry leader LKQ is copying & expanding the idea and will probably eventually buy them. Wish I could buy stock in PNP. Apologies for hijacking the thread.
