Gm front suspension lower A arm cam bolts

All the current and recent RWD GM cars and i suspect all trucks, the C5 to current Corvette , Camaro, pontiac gto, g8, the solstice and Sky, with the aluminum cast lower a arms, there aint much adjustment able to be done--its pretty tight. The camber is adjusted with cast aluminum cam bolts with a fixed washer head ----that fits into a notch,,, and each cam bolt is made differently to dial in / clock the lower front or rear a arm pivot in,
The uppers are fixed on all the modern cars.
My question is, are these gm cam bolts all standardized so they swap between all these vehicles?

Vstech?

Cam bolts go back to the 60's so nothing new there. As for interchangeability probably not as each model will need slightly different sizes. There are companies that make aftermarket alignment bolts. The bolts are not likely to be aluminum as that would not be strong enough / threads would fail.

These older cam bolts are eccentrics in a slotted hole to allow for small increments of change.

Some MB use a cam bolt that is removed then rotated 180 / moved to a notched hole to allow for limited stepped adjustment.

Would a comparison of GM part numbers for the same type of part on different vehicles provide an indication?

If they sell them on amazon you can click a button to see all of the vehicles that this part fits. A lot of body shop guys just elongate the holes to get them to align after they "straighten them".

For many cars, "crash bolts" are sold at the dealer parts dept.

In the old days cars were so variable a wide range of adjustment was needed. Now, a car can be jigged up and be in alignment from the factory. Adding adjustability to a car in the field isn't a hack, sometimes it just isn't possible to pull everything back onto shape.

Hmmm ---Yes i know Benz used them in the w123's and of course gold cad plated.
so -Crash Bolts-- sorta a new alternative patch solution to offset upper a arm shafts for a 68 Chevelle.
Im working on something using c5 vette pieces, i dont wanna use any ole mexico "tricks" to get the thing correct, and thats why i want to know if these bolts were interchangable thru different gm models
