Mercedes-Benz considering moving U.S. HQ to Atlanta - Birmingham Business Journal
German luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz is considering relocating its U.S. headquarters to Atlanta from New Jersey, Atlanta Business Chronicle has learned. MBUSA is responsible for the distribution, marketing and customer service for all Mercedes-Benz products in the United States. The company is likely to have considered Texas and Virginia for the relocation. |

Actually, you have some interesting roads once you get 60-70 miles north of Atlanta.

Porsche moved into an old Taurus plant close to the airport iirc. SP it ain't that bad once you get used to it .

I can't tell you on an open forum what I PRAY for every night before I lay
my little loud mouthed, opinionated personage down to sleep ! BUT, If An Alien Entity FROM SPACE (not Tennessee,as the fools in Georgia state government believe.) Were to Suck UP EVERYONE ELECTED to Georgia state government. I'd cry not a single Tear. And Georgia would be a much nicer place to live!

I spend about two weeks per year at the training center in Montvale. First time I went was '87 if I remember correctly. That said, a change of scenery would be nice
