Y'all just thought car repair was tough
 

You should see what it takes to keep a paper machine running. Here are three dryer cans (90 psi rated) being replaced in four days. Needless to say, once the work starts it does not stop till time to put steam to them.

Probably can't do that repair the same way I do all of my car repairs, with a screwdriver and some channel locks. ;)

I worked in a plant one summer here in Lafayette called at the time Alton Boxboard. Now its GP or one of the big companies. Those rollers look very familiar. I have several stories I tell from one summer working there. What a colorful group of people worked there..... several certifiable and one professional criminal who just got out of the state pen.

ex cons gotta work somewhere. lack of employment opportunities for them leads to higher rates of recidivism.

true.....first one I ever met though.....still possibly the only one...?
