Couldn't have done it if I was trying....

I noticed a large icicle hanging off the edge of the house today and decided to knock it off before it fell onto someone. The only thing on hand was a snow shovel but I figured I could hit it from the ground if I threw it right. I lined up parallel to the house on the porch side and threw the shovel blade first and well, this happened.......

I still don't quite know how I managed it but the shovel did a backflip mid-air after hitting a few icicles on the gutter and managed to put itself into the small gap between the gutter and the house. I'm still a bit dumbfounded by the whole thing.....

(I since got a telescoping pole saw and got it down)

This is why you should videotape the execution of your ideas.

America's Funniest Home Videos is still on the air, right?
